Terms to use CorpCare Platform
- As per the VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) report provided by INDUSFACE, the CorpCare platform is free from any severe vulnerability/threat. The platform has passed Critical / High / Medium/ Low vulnerabilities for application security assessment tests.
- The "Individual" account type caters to high-net worth and retail individuals who would like to invest in available financial instruments with CorpCare. This includes sole proprietorships.
- The "Non Individual" account type caters to corporates, family offices, trusts,start-ups, etc. who would like to invest in available financial instruments with CorpCare.
- The "Advisory" account type allows investment in direct plans of mutual funds with an advisory fee.
- The “Distribution” account type allows investment in regular plans of mutual funds.
- At the time of sign-up, it is important to note that your sign-up email & other information will be shared with the KYC Registration Agency (KRA), a centralised agency that manages mutual fund KYC. This information will be subsequently updated to all mutual fund folios linked to your PAN. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate.
- At the time of KYC verification, it is important to provide a self-attested copy of your PAN card.
- Opening an account with CorpCare requires mandatory completion of KYC with a recognized KRA before initiating any mutual fund investments. Please ensure that you have completed the necessary KYC process prior to proceeding with your investment activities.
- Any change to your email ID and phone number will be communicated to the KYC Registration Agency (KRA). This information will be subsequently updated to all mutual fund folios linked to your PAN. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate.
- The Common Account Number (CAN) is a reference number issued to the mutual fund investors by the Mutual Funds’ Utility (MFU). You will only be able to invest and complete subsequent transactions if they are verified CAN holders.
- The processing of your redemption transaction will be as per the timelines laid down by the Asset Management Company . Different Categories of funds may have different processing times.
- The processing of your Switch transaction will be as per the timelines laid down by the Asset Management Company . Different Categories of funds may have different processing times.
- In the event of closure of the client's account with Corpcare, please note that client records will be retained with Corpcare for a period of 10 years, as per regulatory requirements.
Governing Law
These general terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of India and all parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Mumbai.
Products and services referred to in this website are offered only in jurisdictions where and
when they may be lawfully offered by CorpCare and/or its member group/associate/affiliate

agrees and endeavours to fulfil its obligations under this agreement as expeditiously as
possible upon ceasing of such event of Force Majeure.
